PHF is structured in the following way:
- Local area groups across the whole of Hertfordshire, known as consortiums
- Chairs and locally determined representatives of these consortiums attend three general meetings each year, held at County Hall in Hertford.
- PHF Strategic Group is the key steering group who meet three times over the year
